Having mastered the science and craft of specialty coffee, Ezaz transitioned into a dedicated trainer. To date, he has successfully mentored and trained over 1,000+ students, empowering them with the practical skills needed to thrive in the global hospitality industry.
In founding Kolkata Barista Academy, his vision was clear: to create an institute that goes beyond basic brewing to transform careers. Under his expert guidance, every course is meticulously designed to meet international standards that elite employers and modern café entrepreneurs demand.
